Online SessionService Description
This session is to be used if you are purchasing a custom blackout bundle. We will speak with you about what songs and themes you will want so we can create your custom bundle. Custom bundles will be mailed within 72 hours of this session.
Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain a high level of service, we require a twenty four (24) hour notice for cancelation of sessions, individual or group. If notice is not given, the client will be charged 80% the rate of the missed session. We understand that emergency situations arise that are out of our control and are willing to accommodate such circumstances on a case by case basis.
