Initial Individual Session

Service Description

Individual session plus assessment. This is to scheduled for your first, initial session. Initial sessions will be 1 hour. Please complete our intake packet and return it at least 24 hours before your session. The intake packet can be found under the resources page of this site.

Cancellation Policy

In order to maintain a high level of service, we require a twenty four (24) hour notice for cancelation of sessions, individual or group. If notice is not given, the client will be charged 80% the rate of the missed session. We understand that emergency situations arise that are out of our control and are willing to accommodate such circumstances on a case by case basis.
